Having
played the piano since age 4, Desislava Staykova obtained a Bachelor
of Music degree at the Royal Conservatory, The Hague (The Netherlands).
Her keen interest is contemporary music and she has been involved
with a few ensembles, most prominently with Sarah Elias and
Modelo 62.
She has performed
at numerous festivals (both solo and with an ensemble), among which:
SPACES (2003), Steve Reich in The Hague (2003), Robert Ashley (2004),
Gaudeamus (2005), Amsterdam Fringe Festival (2007). |
